We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Karachi Solar.

Unused products in original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Solar panels and batteries that have been installed or physically damaged are not eligible for return.

To start a return, contact our support team with your order details. Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
